les pompiers du limousin rapellent que  : quiconque voudrait faire un feu n’en a, en général, pas le droit !

En effet, que ce soit pour des raisons professionnelles, comme chez les agriculteurs ou les forestiers, festives, comme dans le cadre de fêtes telles celles de la Saint-Jean par exemple, ou même dans le cadre privé, comme brûler des feuilles ou des mauvaises herbes de son jardin, chaque pratique est sévèrement encadrée, généralement par arrêté préfectoral, à moindre échelon municipal, avec possibilité ou non de dérogations.

Des arrêtés qui courent depuis une longue période, comme en Haute-Vienne, régie par un texte de 2013, ou qui sont renouvelés ponctuellement, comme en Creuse où le dernier arrêté date de 2019.

Pour faire simple, hors le cas des agriculteurs, ou des forestiers, le principe général est celui de l’interdiction absolue ! Pour reprendre l’exemple du feu dans son jardin, on l’ignore bien souvent, mais oui, c’est interdit, il faut obligatoirement déposer ses « déchets verts » en déchetterie. Certes la plupart sont fermées, en cette période de confinement. Tant pis, pour les préfectures et les services d’incendie, il faut stocker et attendre leur réouverture.

Les dérogations évoquées ne concernent que quasi exclusivement les professionnels, et encore, au cas par cas, sur demande préalable d’au moins dix jours, et en suivant des règles très strictes.

Il ne faut donc pas hésiter à consulter les sites préfectoraux, en Haute-Vienne, en Corrèze et en Creuse, avant d’enflammer la moindre allumette, d’autant que le non-respect des règles édictées peut valoir de lourdes peines aux contrevenants.

Il faut surtout écouter le message des pompiers : Évitez d’allumer le moindre feu, on a vraiment autre chose à faire, tout particulièrement en ce moment !

SOLIDARITÉ : AVEC 200 APPELS EN UNE SEMAINE…LA CELLULE D’AIDE DE LA CROISILLE TOURNE À PLEIN POUR NOS ANCIENS.

Dans le cadre de la lutte contre la pandémie de coronavirus, La mairie de La Croisille a décidé de mettre en place un suivi des personnes âgées isolées. Une équipe dédiée de six élus prend quotidiennement contact avec elles afin de vérifier l’absence de symptômes simples (fièvre et toux), de s’assurer que leurs traitements habituels sont toujours à leur disposition, que l’alimentation quotidienne est assurée. L’équipe peut être l’intermédiaire entre les différents acteurs du service sanitaire (médecins, pharmaciens, infirmiers) si la personne est en incapacité de le faire ou favoriser l’approvisionnement alimentaire si nécessaire.

Beaucoup de personnes âgées sont cependant et heureusement en contact quotidien avec leur famille ou en lien avec des associations pour le ménage par exemple.  Une fois par semaine, nous nous assurons de la permanence de ces contacts.

Nous engageons d’ailleurs les familles à nous faire part de l’impossibilité du maintien de ces contacts, quelles qu’en soient les raisons.

Encore plus récemment, la traduction en anglais d’un 4 pages distribué dans les boîtes aux lettres a permis de sensibiliser à notre action nos résidents britanniques. Des demandes de suivi téléphonique ont déjà été reçues.

L’ADEPA et L’ADPAD ont été informées de cette action afin de nous permettre de réagir rapidement si leur capacité à maintenir leur activité devait être réduite.

Une liaison continue est également réalisée avec l’ensemble du corps sanitaire de notre commune.

Cette action qui a débuté le 17 mars a déjà permis de réaliser au 27 mars 198 contacts téléphoniques.

Si vous connaissez des personnes âgées susceptibles de bénéficier de nos attentions, et dont nous n’aurions pas connaissance, n’hésitez pas à nous le faire savoir. Vous pouvez nous contacter à tout moment. Nous avons ainsi déjà pu entrer en relation avec de nouveaux crouzillauds.

SOLIDARITY: WITH 200 CALLS IN A WEEK… THE AID COMMITTEE OF LA CROISILLE IS MOVING AT FULL SPEED In the fight against the coronavirus pandemic, the Mairie of La Croisille has decided to put into place a programme of help for isolated elderly people. A dedicated team of six local councillors makes daily contact with them to ensure that there are no obvious symptoms (fever and cough), to ensure that they still have their regular medications, that their daily food is provided. The team can act as intermediaries with the various health services (doctors, pharmacists, nurses) if the person themself is unable to do so or arrange provision of food if necessary. Fortunately, however, many elderly people are in daily contact with their family or in contact with associations providing household services etc. Once a week, we ensure that these contacts are still in place. We ask these families to let us know if it becomes impossible to maintain these contacts, whatever the reasons. Even more recently the translation into English of a 4-page brochure, distributed locally to all households, has enabled us to raise awareness of our actions with our British residents. Some phone calls asking for assistance have already been received. The ADEPA and the ADPAD have been informed of our actions so that we can react quickly if their activities should be reduced. Ongoing communications have been set up with all the healthcare professionals in our commune. This action, which began on 17 March, has already enabled us to make 198 contacts as of the 27 March. If you know of any elderly people who might benefit from our services, and of whom we are not already aware, please do not hesitate to let us know. You can contact us at any time. INFORMATION BULLETIN – THE MAIRIE OF LA CROISILLE SUR BRIANCE
Dear friends,
We are now entering into very high-risk weeks for the spread of the Coronavirus.
It is imperative that you stay at home and avoid going out – except for essential purposes.
Please respect the strict rules that have been issued. The virus will not just affect others, while sparing us, and we must stand in solidarity with the healthcare professionals who are going through hell in order to carry out their duties. An immense thank you to our doctors, pharmacists, nurses, healthcare workers and household assistants, carers and helpers in La Croisille.
Act responsibly – we need time to fight the spread of the virus.
As you know, the number of patients is rising every day. I am asking the most vulnerable people to completely confine themselves to their households.
For them, the Mairie has put in place an operation of daily contact, to ensure their health and their food supplies.
For all others, you must restrict yourselves to essential outings only (doctor, pharmacy, food shopping and work if it is necessary and cannot be carried out from home).
Don’t forget that you don’t have to travel long distances to do your shopping, we have businesses in La Croisille sur Briance – the pharmacy and Hélène’s grocery shop both offer home deliveries.
The ‘attestations de déplacement’ (authorisation forms for leaving home) are available to you in the local businesses.
The Mairie of La Croisille sur Briance and the village post office are closed to the public until further notice. However, the services are maintained by appointment only – on 05 55 71 70 55.
Regarding the village post office, the appointments will be individual, every 15 minutes on Friday mornings. The operations will be limited to the withdrawal and deposit of cash for people who cannot manage otherwise.
Concerning the Mairie, the secretary is available by telephone or email and appointments will be given depending upon the urgency.
The commune’s workforce, other than the secretary, is also currently confined to home – but is available in emergencies.
I’m asking in advance for your understanding concerning any delays when we return to normal services.
The waste recycling centre (déchetterie) will remain closed, to protect the health of the personnel and the users.
Concerning our recycling point on the Route du Chataignol, I ask you to reduce the recycling you take there as much as possible and please store your recycling (glass, paper, packaging) at your own property temporarily.
Currently, the household waste collection is continuing. Please show your civic-mindedness by not leaving household rubbish at the recycling point. In addition, it is equally important to remember that disposable tissues, masks, gloves and other health equipment must be disposed of in a sealed bag with your household rubbish. In no circumstances must this be put in recycling.

As many of you are lucky enough to have a garden, do make the most of it – but be careful – the number of domestic accidents is rising and creating more work for the hospitals. If, like me, you aren’t good with a chainsaw or similar – forget it!
Finally, the doctors and the public authorities never cease to repeat it: good hand-hygiene is one of the most efficient barriers in stopping the spread of Coronavirus, but this simple gesture is frequently poorly carried out – not often enough, without soap, only a few seconds; the mistakes and carelessness are frequent and can lead to serious consequences – for once the hands touch the face, the virus and the bacteria can enter your body by the mouth, nose and eyes.

A MESSAGE FROM THE HEALTHCARE PERSONNEL:
In this difficult period, we – doctors, nurses, pharmacists and assistants, healthcare workers and trainees – are always there to look after our patients as best we can.
However, the Covid-19 epidemic has forced us to re-think and re-organise our work, in order to safeguard your health as well as ours.
The key phrase is to ‘limit contact’. In order to achieve this, several procedures have been put in place:
The Pharmacy
The staff are equipped with protective gear. Entrance is one at a time, in order to avoid too many people inside the pharmacy. Pharmacies in France have received authorisation to renew your prescriptions at least until 31 May. This means that, as long as your symptoms are no worse, you can get your medication directly from the pharmacy, without having to see the doctor first. If you are ill, please warn the pharmacy beforehand by telephone and they will bring your medicines out to your car. For people who are unable to visit the pharmacy in person, delivery is possible.
The Nurses
They are equipped with protective gear. If you need them to visit you at home, you must telephone them as usual, but do not forget to tell them if you have any of the symptoms associated with Coronavirus. They can then adapt their protection accordingly and give you a mask to wear during the visit. Make sure the visit takes place in a well-ventilated room, where you are alone and provide them with facilities for handwashing, with disposable kitchen towel for drying their hands.
The Doctor’s Surgery
Your doctor also has protective equipment. He will be wearing a mask and overalls/apron during your visit. At the surgery in La Croisille, we have decided to close the waiting room in order to avoid the sick being grouped together. We therefore ask you to wait outside in your car. When it is time for your appointment, the doctor will come and get you and see you in a different room depending on your symptoms. We are continuing home visits when necessary but trying to reduce them to those that are strictly essential. We have also therefore decided, in accordance with national recommendations, not to see people who are well – in other words there will be no appointments just for renewing prescriptions, obtaining certificates or other papers. Finally, and as we are being encouraged to do, we are sometimes proposing tele-consultations. This consists of a medical consultation by video-conference (if you have a smartphone) or simply by telephone. It is your doctor who will decide whether or not to offer you a tele-consultation depending on your symptoms and history. The tele-consultation is covered by the social security in the same way as class face-to-face consultations, and in most cases, we will not ask for payment upfront.
We are not the only health workers: nursing assistants, household assistants, carers, helpers, meal suppliers, ambulance personnel, physiotherapists… are also at work, and often without much protection. Before admitting them to your house, please tell them if you are ill and take the recommended precautions.

Whether it is at the pharmacy, the doctor’s surgery, in your own home with healthcare professionals or in any other situation, the best protection against Covid-19 (Coronavirus) is to respect the safety precautions.
These alterations are not permanent; normal practices will resume after the epidemic but that will take some time.
Finally, we have shortages of many items: masks (surgical or FFP2, FFP3 norms), gloves, overalls/aprons, alcohol, sanitising gel. If you have any of these and are prepared to help, you can pass them on to the healthcare workers.
A big thank you to those who have already done this – it is a great help.
What are the symptoms of Covid-19 infection?
They are similar to the symptoms of ‘flu, but they can vary from person to person.
If you have any of the following symptoms, call your doctor:
– A cough
– A fever
– Aches and pains
– A sudden loss of your sense of smell
In cases of dizziness/fainting, difficulty breathing, or if you cannot contact your own doctor, call 15 (medical help).
