LES ELEVES DE LA CROISILLE AU MUSEE SABOURDY

Lundi, les élèves de l’école Georges GUINGOUIN de La Croisille-sur-Briance ont participé à une sortie scolaire au musée SABOURDY à Vicq-sur-Breuilh. Cette journée s’inscrivait dans un projet pédagogique autour de la découverte artistique, de la nature et du développement de la sensibilité culturelle et manuelle des élèves.

 

Les objectifs de cette sortie étaient multiples :

• Développer la créativité et la motricité fine à travers une activité de tissage.
• Sensibiliser les élèves à la biodiversité locale avec une chasse aux insectes guidée.
• Encourager l’autonomie et l’expression personnelle grâce à des ateliers en lien avec l’art.
• Découvrir un musée et s’initier à la lecture d’œuvres d’art lors d’une visite guidée.

 

La journée s’est organisée en quatre temps forts :

• Un atelier tissage, très apprécié des élèves, leur a permis de manipuler des matériaux et de créer une petite œuvre.
• Une chasse aux insectes, dans le jardin, a suscité beaucoup d’enthousiasme et d’observations.
• Des ateliers artistiques autonomes, où chacun a pu s’exprimer librement.
• Une visite du musée, adaptée à l’âge des élèves, leur a fait découvrir des œuvres originales et les a initiés au regard artistique.

 

Tout s’est déroulé dans de très bonnes conditions. Les élèves ont montré curiosité, sérieux et enthousiasme tout au long de la journée

RAPPEL : PLAN CANICULE ACTIVÉ À LA CROISILLE

Face à l’intensification des épisodes caniculaires, La Croisille-sur-Briance a mis en place un dispositif national pour protéger sa population. Le Plan Canicule 2025, activé du 1er juin au 15 septembre, constitue un pilier essentiel de cette stratégie de prévention et de gestion des risques liés aux fortes chaleurs.

Inscrivez-vous sur le registre canicule

Pour les personnes les plus fragiles ou isolées, un registre communal permet de bénéficier d’un accompagnement personnalisé en cas d’épisode caniculaire. Ce service gratuit et confidentiel facilite l’organisation des secours et du soutien lors des vagues de chaleur.

Tout Crouzillauds qui souhaitent s’inscrire sur ce registre est invité à prendre contact avec la mairie:

REMINDER: HEATWAVE PLAN IN ACTION AT LA CROISILLE

Faced with intensifying heatwaves, La Croisille sur Briance has enacted the national plan to help and protect its population. The Heatwave Plan 2025, which runs from 1 June to 15 September, is an essential part of this strategy for prevention and management of the risks associated with high temperatures.

For people who are vulnerable or isolated, a local register enables you to benefit from personal support in the event of a heatwave. This free and confidential service makes it easier to provide help and support during heatwaves.

Any residents of La Croisille, who wish to go on this register, are asked to make contact with the Mairie by either:

POWER CUTS: LA CROISILLE SUR BRIANCE ON MONDAY 16 JUNE

To meet the needs of its customers, Enedis is planning to carry out some work on the electricity network which will lead to one or more cuts to the electricity supply.

In order to protect your more sensitive electrical appliances, we recommend that you disconnect them prior to the scheduled hour of the power cut and don’t re-connect them until the power supply has been re-established.

During the power cut, if you wish to follow what is happening and find out the approximate time that the supply will be restored, you can consult the website www.enedis.fr by scanning the QR code at the bottom of this page.

In any case, the power will be restored at some point prior to the end time indicated.

Times of the power cuts: Monday 16 June 2025 from 8am to 4.15pm.

Faced with intensifying heatwaves, La Croisille sur Briance has enacted the national plan to help and protect its population. The Heatwave Plan 2025, which runs from 1 June to 15 September, is an essential part of this strategy for prevention and management of the risks associated with high temperatures.

For people who are vulnerable or isolated, a local register enables you to benefit from personal support in the event of a heatwave. This free and confidential service makes it easier to provide help and support during heatwaves.

On Friday 6 June at 6pm, at the foot of the Allée de Hêtres, gather for the procession to the summit of Mont Gargan to commemorate the Allied Landings.

 

INTERRUPTIONS TO THE TRAFFIC CIRCULATION ON THE D12 FROM LA CROISILLE TO QUATRE ROUTES

As the D12 (RD12) is being resurfaced – by the Département – from the centre of La Croisille to the Quatre Routes at St. Méard, the circulation of traffic will be affected in both directions.

This will be from 10 June to 27 June at the latest.

During the roadworks, the traffic will be diverted by the D31 (RD31) via St. Vitte, Curzac and Quatre Routes.

L’ANTENNE DE TELEPHONIE MOBILE SE FERA BIEN AU BARNAGAUD

Lors du conseil municipal de ce mercredi 28 mai M le Maire à informé les élus d’une ordonnance du 27 mai promulgué par le tribunal administratif de Limoges donnant acte du désistement d’instance de Me MAKAROFF et de Mr CEPEDE de leur requéte référé contre la commune de La Croisille-sur-Briance

De ce fait l’audience fixée au lundi 2 juin n’a plus lieu d’être et les les travaux de l’installation de l’antenne mobile devraient pouvoir avoir lieu.

SAMEDI 31 MAI : MATINEE ECOCITOYENNE DE NETTOYAGE DU VILLAGE DE  CHASSAGNAS ET D’UN CHEMIN DE RANDO.

Ce samedi matin 31 mai le conseil municipal de La Croisille-sur Briance organise avec Mutualia une matinée écocitoyenne à Chassagnas.

Un temps de ramassage des déchets est d’abord organisé dans le village de Chassagnas avant de s’attaquer au nettoyage et au débroussaillage du chemin de randonnée allant jusqu’au martyres cette animation a pour vocation une démarche citoyenne zéro déchet, le développement durable, l’environnement, etc.… !

A l’aide de matériel spécifique (plan, gants, sacs, sécateurs), chacun pourra partir à l’assaut des déchets dans le village de Chassagnas puis participer au nettoyage et débroussaillage du chemin de randonnée.

Le RDV est donné, par Françoise RAFFIER, l’élue chargée de l’organisation,  devant l’éco-point de Chassagnas à 9h afin de partager un petit déjeuner convivial, puis à l’arrivée aux Martyres vers les midi l’apéritif attendra les participants offerts par mutualia.

THE MOBILE PHONE ANTENNA AT BARNAGAUD IS GOING AHEAD

At the municipal council meeting held on Wednesday 28 May, the Mayor informed the councillors of an order issued on 27 May by the Limoges administrative court noting that Mr MAKAROFF and Mr CEPEDE had withdrawn their case against the commune of La Croisille-sur-Briance.

 

As a result, the hearing scheduled for Monday 2 June is no longer necessary, and work on the installation of the mobile antenna can now go ahead.

For your information, Mme MAKAROFF has just lodged an objection to the installation of a mobile phone antenna at Barnagaud with the administrative tribunal.

INFOS MAIRIE

LE PROJET DE RENOUVELLEMNT DU CENTRE- BOURG DE LA CROISILLE-SUR-BRIANCE VIENT D’ÊTRE LABELLISE « VILLAGE D’AVENIR » PAR l’ETAT.

Mr le Préfet, vient d’appeler Mr Maire de La Croisille pour lui apprendre  l’engagement de l’état à soutenir le projet de renouvellement du Centre-bourg de La Croisille et de son classement dans le programme « Village d’Avenir ».

LE POINT DE L’AVANCEMENT DU PROJET

 

Aujourd’hui suite à toutes les réunions participatives avec les commerçants de la place et les habitants, le projet en est à la réalisation d’une étude de faisabilité chiffrée de l’opération pour la fin du mois de mai, sous réserve de l’obtention du levé topographique.

L’objectif est de programmer une réunion de présentation de cette étude de faisabilité au conseil municipal public vers la fin juin avec l’ensemble des intervenants (élus, ATEC, PNR, CAUE, ETAT « Village d’Avenir »). 

PLANNING 2025/2026 PROJETE POUR INFORMATION : 

• Etude de faisabilité Présentation en conseil municipal public avec tous les intervenants qui travaillent sur le dossier vers la fin juin
• Validation en conseil municipal fin de l’été voir à la rentrée
• Lancement de la consultation de maîtrise d’œuvre dès validation (septembre ou octobre)
• Dépôt de la demande de subvention auprès du CD87 au titre des CTD : septembre/octobre (sur la base de l’étude de faisabilité ATEC et l’ensemble des études préalablement réalisées)
• Recherche de financements avec Barbara Francesco du programme Village d’Avenir de l’état à partir de septembre/octobre
• Etudes préliminaires / AVP pour fin d’année 2025 voir début 2026

Ce qui implique que les travaux pourraient commencer dans le meilleur des cas au deuxième semestre 2026 ou au début 2027.

THE RENOVATION PROJECT FOR THE CENTRE OF LA CROISILLE SUR BRIANCE HAS JUST BEEN DESIGNATED ‘VILLAGE OF THE FUTURE’ BY THE STATE

1. le Préfet just called the Mayor of La Croisille to inform him of the commitment of the state to supporting the project to renovate the centre of La Croisille and of its inclusion in the programme “Village of the Future.”

 

UPDATE ON PROGRESS OF THE PROJECT

Today, following all the participatory meetings with the local business people and inhabitants, the project is undergoing a feasibility study and costing for the operation, due to be completed by the end of May, subject to the topographical survey.

The objective is to schedule a meeting to present this feasibility study to the municipal council towards the end of June with the presence of those involved (councillors, ATEC, PNR, CAUE, ETAT “Village d’Avenir”).

 

PROJECT PLANNING 2025/2026 FOR YOUR INFORMATION: 

• Presentation of the feasibility study to a public municipal council meeting with all those involved in working on the dossier towards the end of June.
• Approval by the municipal council at the end of the summer, around the beginning of September.
• Launch of tenders for the project following its approval (September or October).
• Submission of grant application to the CD87 under the CTD: September/October (based on the ATEC feasibility study and all previous studies)
• Search for funding with Barbara Francesco of the French government’s programme ‘Village d’Avenir’ from September/October.
• Preliminary studies/AVP for the end of the year 2025/beginning of 2026.

 

All this means that the work could start, in the best case scenario, in the second half of 2026 or in early 2027.
