Vous trouverez des baguettes classiques, des baguettes tradition et des viennoiseries.

9ème MEULEMANIA DE LA CROISILLE SAMEDI 23 & DIMANCHE 24 MAI

La 9ème MEULEMANIA, la fête de la mobylette de La Croisille-sur-Briance commencera le samedi par une bourse aux pièces détachées et le dimanche 24 verra la petite Rando de 10km le matin et la grande rando de 70 km l’après-midi Repas le dimanche midi et buvette toute la journée à la salle des fêtes.

 

PERMANENCE DU SOLIDARIBUS DU SECOURS POPULAIRE JEUDI 28 MAI

Le Solidaribus du Secours Populaire de la Haute-Vienne assurera sa permanence dans la Commune de la CROISILLE SUR BRIANCE le JEUDI 28 MAI 2026 à partir de 14H30

Les bénévoles proposeront outre un accueil, une distribution de produits alimentaires et d’hygiène

Toute personne rencontrant des difficultés sociales pourra se présenter à la permanence, munie de ses justificatifs de situation, pour bénéficier de l’aide du Secours Populaire.

Les permanences du Solidaribus ont lieu chaque mois, Il stationne sur le petit parking en face de la Mairie.

REMINDER: DEPOT DE PAIN (BREAD COLLECTION POINT) EVERY DAY AT THE COMPTOIR DE LA BRIANCE

The Comptoir de la Briance, the bar in the village centre, will be providing a ‘depot de pain’ service 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, from 8am every morning.

The bread is from Sébastien Martin, the celebrated boulanger/pâtissier in St Léonard.

You will find classic baguettes, traditional baguettes and pastries.

9^th MEULEMANIA IN LA CROISILLE ON SATURDAY 23 AND SUNDAY 24 MAY

La Croisille’s 9^th MEULEMANIA, the celebration of the moped, will start on Saturday with a sale of parts and on Sunday 24^th we will see the 10km Outing in the morning and the Grand Outing of 70km in the afternoon. A meal at midday on Sunday and refreshments throughout the day at the Salle des Fetes.

 

PRESENCE OF THE SECOURS POPULAIRE’S SOLIDARIBUS ON THURSDAY 28 MAY

The Secours Populaire’s Solidaribus will be present in the commune of La Croisille sur Briance on Thursday 28 May 2026 from 2.30pm.

As well as a warm welcome, the volunteers will be offering you food and hygiene products.

Everyone who has difficulties can turn up at the Solidaribus, with their papers to prove their situation, in order to benefit from the help of the Secours Populaire.

The Solidaribus visits every month. It parks on the small parking area opposite the Marie.

9^th MEULEMANIA IN LA CROISILLE ON SATURDAY 23 AND SUNDAY 24 MAY

La Croisille’s 9^th MEULEMANIA, the celebration of the moped, will start on Saturday with a sale of parts and on Sunday 24^th we will see the 10km Outing in the morning and the Grand Outing of 70km in the afternoon. A meal at midday on Sunday and refreshments.

 

VIDE TA CHAMBRE (EMPTY YOUR ROOM) ON SUNDAY 13 JUNE

A ‘Vide ta Chambre’, specialising in items for babies and children, at the Salle Bartholdi in Chateauneuf, organised by the Solidarité Ass’Mat association from 9am to 5pm. Refreshments available.

SOUVENEZ-VOUS ET VENEZ PARTAGER UN TEMPS DE MEMOIRE A LA COMMEMORATION DU 8 MAI 1945 A LA CROISILLE-SUR-BRIANCE.

Le maire et la municipalité de La Croisille-sur-Briance vous invitent, en présence de m le Député et de m le conseiller départemental avec la participation de la chorale Ste Claire à assister à la cérémonie de commémoration de la Victoire de 1945 de recueillement, de mémoire et d’hommage aux “Morts pour la France” durant la Seconde Guerre mondiale.

Chaque année, les commémorations du 8 mai 1945 rappellent la fin de la Seconde Guerre mondiale et la victoire des forces alliées et localement des résistants du colonel Guingouin sur le nazisme.

. A La Croisille-sur-Briance, ce moment solennel réunit les autorités civiles, la gendarmerie, les pompiers, les associations d’anciens combattants ainsi que plusieurs enfants de l’école Georges Guingouin autour des valeurs de paix, de mémoire et de transmission.

Un geste fort pour transmettre le devoir de mémoire aux jeunes générations.

L’ANTENNE RELAIS MISE EN SERVICE AU BARNAGAUD .

Après plus de deux ans de travaux l’antenne relais du barnagaud est désormais opérationnelle depuis ce jeudi 30 avril après midi.

Début 2023, Bouygues télécom était désigné par l’État comme opérateur pour porter ce projet, la mairie de La Croisille-sur-Briance étant le principal interlocuteur.

La structure métallique de plus de 30 m de haut a été érigée en mars 2026.

Puis un nouveau chantier de terrassement a eu lieu début avril pour relier l’antenne au premier poteau électrique, soit 150 m tout au long du chemin d’accès.

Dans la foulée, la mise en service a eu lieu ce jeudi. Et le site officiel de l’agence nationale des fréquences mentionne que quatre opérateurs, des réseaux mobiles Free, Orange, Bouygues et SFR sont bien opérationnels.

 

FERMETURE DE LA BOULANGERIE LE 10 MAI  

D’après le personnel du magasin, après la fermeture de celle  de Linards, la Boulangerie de La Croisille fermerait le dimanche 10 mai ? Information à confrmer .

COME AND SHARE A MOMENT OF REMEMBRANCE AT THE COMMEMORATION ON FRIDAY 8 MAY AT LA CROISILLE SUR BRIANCE

The Mayor and the council of La Croisille sur Briance invite you, in the presence of M. le Député (MP) and M. le Conseiller Départemental, along with the Sainte Claire Choir, to take part in the Commemoration Ceremony, marking the Victory of 1945 – a time for reflection, remembrance and to pay homage to those who “Died for France” during the Second World War.

 

Each year, the commemorations of 8 May 1945 recall the end of the Second World War and the victory of the Allied Forces, and locally of the Resistance of Colonel Guingouin, over the Nazis.

 

At La Croisille sur Briance, this solemn moment reunites the civil authorities, the gendarmes, the fire service, the veterans’ associations, as well as several of the children from the Georges Guingouin School, to honour the values of peace, memory and transmission.

 

A powerful gesture to pass on the duty to remember to the young generations.

 

On the programme for the ceremony of 8 May 2026:

 

PLACING OF WREATHS AT THE MEMORIALS FOR THE MAQUISARDS

Placing of wreaths, by the councillors of La Croisille, at La Croisille’s two memorials to the maquisards – and, as every year now, in memory of Arnaud Beltrame – in front of the Mairie.

 

OFFICIAL CEREMONY

• 50am Meeting point in front of the Mairie for the official procession.
• 55am The procession, led by the flag-bearers, will reach the War Memorial of La Croisille. Children and adults, you are all invited, to share in this moment dedicated to the memory of those who sacrificed their lives fighting the barbary of the Nazi occupiers to regain the freedom and peace of our country.
• 11am Welcoming the procession and the participants and residents with Le Chant des Partisans, performed by the Sainte Claire Choir.

LE BRÛLAGE DES DÉCHETS VERTS EST INTERDIT <

Depuis la semaine dernière, les 1ers feux de broussailles ont eu lieu en Haute-Vienne dont un à La Croisille-sur-Briance route du Chataignol .

Pour rappel, l’arrêté préfectoral n°2023-SIDPC-013, interdit tous les feux de plein air et feux de déchets verts dans le département de la Haute-Vienne toute l’année.

Tout contrevenant s’expose à des sanctions.

POINT SUR LA MISE EN CIRCULATION DE L’ANTENNE RELAIS

L’extension du réseau électrique serait faite la semaine du 15 avril, puis début mai tests de liaison avec l’émetteur de St-Vitte.

La mise en exploitation du site devrait intervenir courant juin.

WORKSHOP ON FALL RISKS –  DURING THE MARKET ON 18 APRIL

The CPTS Monts et Barrage are organising, at the surgery of Dr Marie DEBORD (Vice-president of the CPTS), a workshop on fall risk assessment – with the participation of physios and other health professionals.

 

UPDATE ON THE SWITCHING ON OF THE RELAY ANTENNA

The extension of the electrical network should be carried out during the week of 15 April, then, at the beginning of May connection tests with the transmitter of St Vitte.

The site should go into operation in June.

EDITORIAL: FIRST DECISIONS BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL ON FRIDAY 20 MARCH 2026

 

At the initial meeting of the municipal council meeting on Friday evening at La Croisille sur Briance, among the principal decisions was that of the election of Jean-Gérard DIDIERRE as Mayor; of Fiona MATHIOT as the First Deputy and of Christian MONZAUGE, Francoise RAFFIER and Francois MALVERGNE as Adjoints.

The council also took the important decision not to raise the local taxes in 2026.

REMERCIEMENTS

Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement une nouvelle fois, en mon nom et au nom de toute mon équipe, les 207 électrices et électeurs qui ont porté leur vote sur notre liste « La Croisille pour Tous » soit 60% des suffrages exprimés.

Du fait d’une liste unique, que malheureusement je regrette, environ 30% de l’électorat a été éloigné des urnes ou a voté nul ou blanc.

Malgré cela nous avons fait une campagne digne, sincère et honnête avec un projet ambitieux et innovant pour La Croisille et ses habitants.

Ce projet prône la transparence, la participation de tous, l’ouverture, l’équité face aux enjeux de la vie locale et la prise en compte de notre responsabilité face aux transitions climatique, environnementale …

Dès lundi matin je me suis remis au travail dans l’intérêt de toutes et tous

EDITORIAL: THANK YOU

 

On behalf of myself and my team, I would like to warmly thank the 207 members of the electorate who voted for our list ‘La Croisille pour Tous’ – representing 60% of the votes cast.

Unfortunately, as there was just one list, about 30% of the electorate stayed away from the polling stations or ensured their vote was void.

Despite that, we ran a dignified, sincere and honest campaign with an ambitious and innovative project for La Croisille and its inhabitants.

This project advocates transparency, participation for all, openness, fairness in facing the challenges of local life and taking into account our responsibilities in the face of climate change and environmental issues…

From this Monday morning I will be back at work in the interests of everybody.
