THE ‘DIAGONAL’ OF THE FOOTBALL CLUB

DROUGHT: THE HAUTE VIENNE IN A STATE OF CRISIS
A crisis decree has been issued, by the Prefecture of the Haute Vienne, to enforce restrictions on water usage throughout the whole of the department.
From now on, the following is forbidden:
Withdrawals to meet the water needs of professional horticultural, market garden and arboricultural production activities as well as those from water sources used for irrigation recognised by the administration as being disconnected from the hydrographic network, are limited to a time period between 8pm and 8am. If the irrigation of agricultural crops is carried out by a localised system (drip irrigation, microporous pipes), abstraction is possible without time restraints.
