CONTINUONS A AVANCER ENSEMBLE !
Continuons à avancer ensemble pour La Croisille avec bienveillance et respect dans la diversité qui est la nôtre.
Alors que nous naviguons dans un climat politique pour le moins perturbé, notre belle France, cabote dans un océan d’incertitudes et de flou. Il est important de rester à la bonne distance, afin de ne pas sombrer.
Il semble que nos dirigeants ont réglé leur action ou inaction sur un modèle tout aussi proche des mutations climatiques que nous subissons.
Nous vivons une époque où les discussions et débats politiques sont aussi variés que les fromages de notre pays, il y a de quoi satisfaire tous les goûts ou les dégoûts !
Bien sûr, cela signifie aussi que les incertitudes sont nombreuses, notamment en ce qui concerne les dotations de l’Etat a venir pour les communes .
Cependant, notre commune maintient le cap grâce à une gestion prudente et responsable de ses finances.
Je tiens à souligner que notre trésorerie demeure très saine, ce qui nous permet d’envisager l’avenir avec sérénité tout en restant vigilant.
Nous avons fait le choix pour 2026 d’un budget prudent, mais ambitieux, pour continuer à investir dans des projets utiles tout en préservant les équilibres financiers.
Un mot de remerciement en cette rentrée de septembre pour l’implication de nos commerçants et artisans, pour notre équipe médicale, pour nos deux enseignantes pour toutes nos associations qui font que La Croisille pétille et bien entendu pour nos agents communaux, trop souvent injustement décrié, toujours par les mêmes, réalisant un travail considérable souvent dans l’ombre, qui nous permet de maintenir notre qualité de vie et de service pour tous.
Merci chers concitoyens, qui dans votre immense majorité nous font part de votre confiance et de votre soutien continu, je vous invite tous à participer activement à notre vie communale et à continuer de faire preuve pour La Croisille de solidarité et d’enthousiasme.

SAMEDI 26 SEPTEMBRE FORMATION AU COMPOSTAGE A LA CROISILLE.
La mairie de La Croisille avec le SYDED vous offre une formation gratuite et vous donne un grand composteur plus un seau de déchets de cuisine si vous participez à la formation.
Au programme, les bases du compostage, le jardinage au naturel (broyage, paillage, mulching etc.), astuces pour composter en tas ou avec un composteur.

EDITORIAL
LET’S CONTINUE MOVING FORWARD TOGETHER!
Let’s keep moving forward together for La Croisille, with kindness and respect for our diversity.
As we navigate in a political climate that is turbulent, to say the least, our beautiful France is bobbing about in an ocean of uncertainty and movement. It is important to keep a distance, to avoid going under.
It seems that our leaders have set their actions on a model similar to the climate mutations that we are experiencing.
We are living in a time when discussions and political debates are as varied as the cheeses of our country. There is something to satisfy all tastes – or no tastes!
Of course, that also means that there is a lot of uncertainty, notably concerning government funding.
However, our commune is staying on track, thanks to prudent and responsible management of its finances. I’d like to emphasise that our cash position remains very healthy, which enables us to look positively toward the future, although staying vigilant.
For 2026 we have chosen a prudent budget, but ambitious, in order to continue to invest in our useful projects, while continuing to maintain financial stability.
A word of thanks, at this start of the new school year, for the commitment of our businesses and tradespeople, for our medical team, for our two teachers, for all our associations, that bring La Croisille to life, and, of course, for our local council staff – who are all too often unfairly criticised by some, but they carry out a tremendous amount of work, often in the background, allowing us to maintain our quality of life and services for everyone.
Thank you, my dear co-citizens, the majority of whom continue to trust and support us. I invite you all to actively participate in the life of our commune and to continue to show solidarity and enthusiasm.

SATURDAY 26 SEPTEMBER: COMPOSTER TRAINING IN LA CROISILLE
The Mairie of La Croisille, in conjunction with SYDED, is offering you a free training session and giving you a large composter plus a kitchen waste caddy – free of charge.
On the programme – the basics of composting, natural gardening (chipping, using straw, mulching etc), tips for composting with compost heaps or with a composter.
Meet at 9.30am on Saturday 26 September, at the Clody Musette village hall. Information from SYDED, tel: 05 55 12 62 32.
WORLD DEAF DAY ON SATURDAY 26 SEPTEMBER
6.30pm at The Pelle Jaune, with signed poetry and songs, a meal, followed by a documentary.
SUNDAY 27 SEPTEMBER: CONCERT BY THE CHORALE SAINTE CLAIRE AT THE CHURCH IN LA CROISILLE
At 4pm there will be a concert directed and accompanied on the keyboard by Sébastien Sanchez Giraldo (free entry, donations to be collected).

FRIDAY 2 OCTOBER: HISTORY AND FOREST – MEMORIES OF YESTERDAY, MANAGEMENT OF TOMORROW
On Friday 2 October, from 2pm to 4.30pm, come and participate in an activity in the forest of Chateauneuf La Foret, to discover its many facets throughout the years.
- The forest that sustained past generations
- The forest as a refuge for The Resistance during WW2.
- The forest of today, that we are learning to manage sustainably for future generations.
Meet at the parking by the cemetery at Chateauneuf La Foret.
SATURDAY 3 OCTOBER: THEATRE FOR CHILDREN “JEAN L’ELEPHANT” (John, the Elephant)
At 11am in the Salle des Fetes at La Croisille sur Briance, a free show for children from 6 months to 6 years, proposed by the Communauté de Communes.
SUNDAY 4 OCTOBER: GRAND FISHING COMPETITION AT NOUAILHAS LAKE, LA CROISILLE, WITH THE AAPPMA, LA TRUITE (trout) DE LA BRIANCE
Fishing competition, the first at 9am, and the second at 2pm. Registration 20 €. First prize 150 €, second prize 100 €, other prizes, and a ham.
